Origin of the Foundation
The Heart of the Healer's originating vision is founded upon the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of cross-cultural shamanism born of the ancestral wisdom and indigenous healing arts of Peru. THOTH founder Oscar Miro-Quesada brought this inherently adaptive earth-honoring path to North America in 1986 after extended apprenticeship with renowned kamasqa and paqokuna elders, don Celso Rojas Palomino of Salas and don Benito Corihuaman Vargas of Wasau. Used for both personal and planetary transformation, the Pachakuti Mesa is extraordinarily effective in contemporary society, while remaining faithful to the deep roots of the native lineage in which Oscar apprenticed for many years.
